Before purchasing

Please review the product description, suitability information and educational disclaimer on the sales page before buying. Individual results are not guaranteed.

Problems with access or delivery

If you pay but cannot access or receive the digital product, contact support@mycontinuitymethod.com. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or provide the purchased files.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or there is another billing error, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Refund requests

Because this is a digital product that can be accessed immediately, refunds are not automatically granted simply because the material has been downloaded, read, or the method does not produce a desired personal result. However, genuine refund requests will be reviewed fairly, including cases involving delivery/access failures, duplicate charges, or other circumstances where a refund is appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, chargeback, consumer-protection or other rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. If the checkout provider displays additional mandatory refund terms, those terms also apply.

How to request help

Email support@mycontinuitymethod.com with the email used for purchase, the order/transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full card numbers.
